With 3 decades of regional leadership in the high-tech sector, Sherie is in the vanguard of the digital revolution, wielding her influence across pivotal domains like AI, sustainability, cyber security, cloud computing, and Web 3.0.

With esteemed regional leadership roles at tech giants such as Microsoft, Google, NICE, SingTel, and AEVA, she is a seasoned architect of growth through digital and technological innovation.

Her expertise spans across diverse industries, including banking, finance, insurance, telecommunications, utilities, FMCG, and government sectors. Sherie’s reputation for fostering high-performance cultures, transforming brands, and propelling businesses into new echelons of growth is unparalleled.

Sherie is at the forefront of industry transformation and initiatives such as the AI Trailblazer for Singapore, the Point Carbon Zero Forum, and Code with No Barrier.

Beyond her professional endeavours, Sherie is a fervent advocate for diversity and sustainability, holding several board positions and actively participating in the startup ecosystem.

Her leadership and dedication not only drive technological and digital advancements but also embody a commitment to creating a more inclusive and sustainable future.

Norman Vincent Wee is the current President of W Group Inc., overseeing its leading business groups: W Hydrocolloids, Marine Resources Development Corp., and W Landmark Inc.

With over a decade of experience, he has spearheaded the company’s growth, securing leases from top global firms like Google and Globe Telecom. Norman, also the President of W Landmark Inc., has led the development of prime properties in Bonifacio Global City, earning prestigious certifications like LEED and PEZA.

Apart from his roles at W Group, he serves as Director in several companies. Norman graduated with a degree in AB Management from De La Salle University College of Saint Benilde in 1995.

Wesley is a seasoned technology professional whose career is distinguished by his ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technological innovation. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the Singapore University of Technology and Design, which laid the groundwork for his ventures into the tech world.

Wesley began his career as a software engineer at DBS, where he honed his skills in site reliability engineering. He then advanced to a role in Data Driven Transformation consulting at KPMG, helping businesses harness the power of data.

Most recently, Wesley served as the head of product at The Binary Holdings, where he spearheaded the development of cutting-edge tech products, primarily utilising blockchain technologies.

His passion for integrating business imperatives with the latest technological advancements drives his continual pursuit of innovation

Miguel is the Vice President of AI & Data Science at Albertsons, one of the largest grocery and pharmacy retailers in the US, where he leads strategy and value creation with Data & AI.

A seasoned tech executive and startup advisor with experience across North and South America, Miguel also works with VC funds and founders in Silicon Valley at the AI Fund (Andrew Ng’s VC Fund and Venture Studio, MIT Professor Sinan Aral’s Milemark-Capital, Blitzscaling AI VC) to help them create value AI strategy and models. Miguel is also an angel investor and startup board member.

For the last 15 years he has been connecting Latin America and the US, technical & academic settings to businesses, startups to corporations, and many more. 

He also played a pivotal role in implementing AI capabilities for Grupo Breca, leading a philanthropic initiative in collaboration with MIT. During his PhD at MIT, Miguel contributed to the Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research and Technology, focusing on transportation and land use simulation.

With a PhD in applied artificial intelligence and data science, along with master’s degrees from MIT and a General Manager Program degree from Harvard Business School, Miguel’s academic prowess complements his real-world impact.

Spencer Low is Google’s cross-functional sustainability leader in Asia Pacific, the regional head of a global team that leads sustainability strategy and programs on carbon, product integration, reporting, and engagement. He works with a broad range of stakeholders and is an active advocate for leveraging Artificial Intelligence and digital technologies to tackle critical sustainability challenges.

Previously Spencer was the Chief Sustainability Officer and CEO Travel Retail at the Singapore-listed aviation services and food solutions company SATS Ltd., where he was instrumental in transforming the company into a global leader in sustainability. Prior to that, he held senior management roles within the technology companies Booking Holdings and Rakuten Group after spending the first ten years of his international career at Bain & Company. Spencer has lived and worked across Asia Pacific including Japan, China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Australia and India.

Spencer holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs from Sciences Po Paris in France and an MBA from the Ivey Business School in Canada. He is also both an alumnus and faculty member of the Cambridge Prince of Wales Business & Sustainability Programme.
